About Me.

I worked for 20+ years for a global Defence organisation in a wide variety of roles centred around the delivery of highly complex, multi-million pound Projects. These Projects involved the design, development, integration, production and support of electronics equipment. In my career, I have worked in various leadership roles through Work Package Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Head of Discipline and Operations Director roles. In that time I have experienced the highs and lows that the management of Projects can bring. I have learned countless lessons that aided my own personal development and those around me.

A constant through my career has been the great responsibility, but also great pleasure, of developing peoples careers. I have experienced many great moments in Project Delivery, but none that make me more proud than having inspired an individual to be better.

My Story.

In 2023, I decided to make a life changing decision to pursue other things in life – namely photography! This has been a passion of mine through most of my life and the prospect of ending my career without ever having had the time to invest fully in whether I could earn a living from it was too strong. So fotozoomi was born! However, I quickly realised that I couldn’t turn my back completely on Project Management, so the idea of setting up as a Coach was very appealing. Hence why you are reading this!
